Pswitch (autocad.exe) launch - to delete and re-import tool palette groups - to resolve the AWS profile issue (tab disorder when an update carried out)

Can anyone write P switch (lisp) to  either do the following: 

 

1) that goes into customise tool palettes, deletes all the old groups and then re-imports them from a common (shared) drive - this then re-odrers the tab list to the current list order 

2) or that it re-maps/paths the C:drive Profile.AWS file to a shared drive AWS file 

 

Option 1 is preferred as the AWS file stores more than just the tool palettes group and tab order - so it will destroy any cad users personal set up and replace it with a common shared one each time

This is a bit complicated.
I suppose it could be done.
Do you have the .atc and .xtp files for the new palettes?
