Civil3d exporting unbounded hatch to either dwg or dfx

I have a civil3d (2025) file where parcels of different types are hachured using parameters within the parcel styles

When I export the civil3d file to either a dfx or dwg the generated hatch is not bounded and as such the area and accumulated area values are missing from the hatch properties.  This is information is needed by others who do not use civil3d.

Is there a way to add this information to the hatch when exporting the file or once it has been exported without having to recreate the hatch

The easy answer, I'd say, is to add an area label to each parcel. The label is sure to be exported, and it may be easier to get that information to where it's going. For that matter, you can export parcel information to a spreadsheet and send it that way.

What does the exporttocad command do for you. Hopefully got command correct, it converts CIV3D objects to CAD objects.

results are same.   Hatch is still unbonded and as such the area and accumulated areas properties dont exist
