As per title, a block inserted into a drawing modified by a colleague is appearing with text that has no fill.
The block definition hasn't been edited (i think?), and other text within the drawing appears normally.
Sysvars such as FILL, FILLMODE, and TEXTFILL are set to 1, but this doesn't seem to fix the problem either.

I think I'm fundamentally misunderstanding something about references and blocks as I cannot get the text to display with fill using refedit or system variables, or I'm just not using refedit properly.

If anyone knows what's going on, and as a bonus if you can explain it in terms of this - as I'm having a little trouble understanding where/what exactly the object is after inserting a block that contains references(?) - that would be super appreciated.

Thanks for any help.

Can you post a drawing?

Hard to tell just guessing.

Just a guess: blocks seems to get drawn with reverse draw order. If the text is supposed to obscure another object inside the block, change its display order to go behind the other object.

I know, it doesn't make sense, it may not work.
