:cry:I'm having trouble turing my notepad file into a .lsp file. I do the cut and paste deal and rename the notepad to a name with (.lsp) at the end, but it never turns it to a .lsp file.

any sugestions?

Thank you!!

When you get ready to save it, do a File-Saveas. In the File name: put the full file name- "myfile.lsp" for example. Then in the "Save as type" hit the little pulldown arrow and change that to "all files". If you don't, you'll wind up with something like "myfile.lsp.txt".

Good luck, and I hope this fixes your problem.

You might want to consider using VLIDE for creating/editing lisp files (type VLIDE at the command line).
