Copying .dwg files with data extraction tables

Hello everyone, I’d like to explain my requirement. I have a .dwg file that contains dynamic blocks. Within the file, there are tables that list the number and dimensions of these dynamic blocks. I need to copy this file and give it a new name, as if it were a template. Is there a way to also include all the tables so that, as the project evolves, they update automatically without having to recreate them from scratch? Something similar to SolidWorks’ Pack and Go feature. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
