Frix79 Posted February 11 Posted February 11 Hello everyone, I’d like to explain my requirement. I have a .dwg file that contains dynamic blocks. Within the file, there are tables that list the number and dimensions of these dynamic blocks. I need to copy this file and give it a new name, as if it were a template. Is there a way to also include all the tables so that, as the project evolves, they update automatically without having to recreate them every time? Something similar to SolidWorks’ Pack and Go feature. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. Quote
BIGAL Posted February 11 Posted February 11 You should be able to keep the block and a table by saving as a new DWT, you will though need to go to the table and make the correct cells a Field related to your dynamic block. Just double click the cell the field option should appear in the display, choose objects, object pick dynamic block then the property name. Quote
