Transition from a square to a circle along a arc path

I need to transition from the square to a circle.  Something like Loft but along a arc

Loft has a Path option.

Select the square, then select the circle.

Hit Enter and then choose the "Path" option and then choose your arc.

Is path a 2024 or 2025 option,  I dont see it in 2024

I'm using 2023 and I have the Path option.
