Nakasei Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Autocad noob here! I have a file (see dwg) where i was able to move the number in the box (in stand 10x10) yesterday. I saved my file and now for an unknown reason i cant move the number around anymore. It's on my A7 layer, its unlocked. Probably a very easy fix but im so new at it seems like i cant find it. Any help appreciated 2000ABCD Quote
Cad64 Posted January 22 Posted January 22 If you want someone to take a look at your file you should upload it here in the forum. Some people have restrictions at their workplace so they can't visit certain sites or download files, and speaking for myself, I don't like clicking on links to external sites. If you're not sure how to upload a file, take a look at this post: 1 Quote

Drafting Teacher Posted January 22 Posted January 22 (edited) Just curious. Is that text part of a nested block? I was able to move the text but with other attributes coming along with it. It wouldn't allow me to list it for it's properties. Maybe it's just me. Edited January 22 by Drafting Teacher Add a sentence. Quote
Nakasei Posted January 22 Author Posted January 22 I realize i am no help at all but i dont know what a nested block is haha! the plan layout was already made, i only added the number via the text tool Quote
BIGAL Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Are you talking about the Blue numbers 1-130 ? They are drawn in paperspace in a layout. You can move them in that space, hint in layout type Pspace, or could use CHSPACE and move them to the model space. Quote
Nakasei Posted January 23 Author Posted January 23 Do i understand what you just said? No. Did you solve my problem? Yes!!! Thanks a lot Quote
