Ekipr Posted January 13 Posted January 13 I have a legitimate perpetual licence for LT 2022, originally purchased a few years ago, with the maintenance subscription, which could not be renewed when they switched to only subscription options. Its worked well up until yesterday, 2025-01-12, now i get an error on opening, which will not let me proceed, same thing on both laptops! The error response says i need to upgrade to V1.4, however there seems nowhere on their website where i can do that, perpetual license's seem to have zero options. I did note that Windows updated twice shortly before? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks, Quote
SLW210 Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Did you go through this article? "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading ... Exception at..." when launching AutoCAD products I believe you should be able to update 2022, you need an Autodesk account. A quick search showed as far back as 2021 versions still supported and perpetual licenses can be set up for offline, best I can recall. Ekipr Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Thanks, appreciated, after signing in to my account, there are no products or services shown, seems like I've been erased, how do i get that info back on my account? Quote
BIGAL Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Whilst its not what you asked for but have you looked at Bricscad it has way more advantages than your 2022, like LISP and can be purchased as perpetual. Yes LT2024 & 25 have Lisp but its not a full set of commands and some great lisp features are missing. Quote
SLW210 Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Did you try the steps in the link I posted? You may need to contact Autodesk. Contact Customer Support | Autodesk Support Here is a forum post at Autodesk, at least one person found a solution without contacting Autodesk. Solved: No more access to perpetual license products? - Autodesk Community Using incognito in a different browser to access their account worked for the original poster. Quote
