MiGo Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Is there a way to take all the layers in the current viewport that are on vp-freeze and actually freeze the layer or lock the layer? Quote
lpseifert Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Not a lisp, but while in Layer Manager if you click on the VP Freeze column header (maybe twice) it will bring the layers that are VP Frozen to the top; then you can Shift+click to select the layers you want to freeze/lock. Quote
MiGo Posted April 16, 2009 Author Posted April 16, 2009 During my process I trim everything outside the viewport limits, and then erase everything that is outside the border as well. Then chspacing all the objects that are in the current viewport, the problem is if a line is very close to the viewport edge when you select the area those lines get missed for some reason. So I figured that I can select what's left over from modelspace as a selection set then do it, but all of the VPFreeze objects show up in the model tab and when they come across they all show up. MiGo Posted April 16, 2009 Author Posted April 16, 2009 Is there a way to just select all objects that are in the current viewport? Quote
Patrick_35 Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Yes, but I have trouble grasping the meaning of the question. @+ Quote
MiGo Posted April 17, 2009 Author Posted April 17, 2009 I have found a solution. Previously I would select the objects in the current viewport, but some objects very close to the viewport border weren't being selected. Now I maximize the viewport (vpmax) and when I select the objects in the viewport they all are being selected. Thanks for your help anyway :). Quote
