I'm put it because i didn't know what all is in the drawing (for e.g. multiple "blll" blocks in different layers, and to avoid selecting those which are not on polylines...), but after all, it is unnecessary for the selection filter. Thank you for suggestion . P.S. Your code was much better than my, concise and with a lot good skills.
