This has been answered many times, I am sure some one here has done the solution. Have you done a Google ?

i have been using krad.lsp for this but i want direct lsp for this

To draw a pline or pick points there will be a solution out there just Google. "Convert pline to multiline autolisp" it is not our task to do the googling for you.
