autocad text not engrave on plate (compony using corel draw software to convert cad files)

Hi there,

 

I 've made some drawings for Plates in autocad with Single line text and when i send to engrave company to print exact text as per cad  file. Engrave company using Corel draw to convert cad drawing for their machine. Need help to find the fault why they can't see text when import cad files into Corel Draw.

What file type are they converting the file into?

 

What object types are in your file?

You may need to explode the text so it becomes line work, "txtexp". Or use "text 2 geom" by Seant which is a great explode text tool.
