Dimensions on item detail doesn't match the Material List

Might help to give all of the pertinent information, not anyway to answer except take several guesses as to what the item detail and the material list could be.

 

You need to post a drawing file, not an image.

 

Best guess, the dimensions on the item are used in an attributed block using fields for a material list.
