Routine to Turn On/Thaw all layers when Plot/Publish is selected

Hello all,

I am looking for a routine to run in the background when I select Plot/Publish, it Turns On/Thaws all layers in Model Space.

I'd perhaps make up a LISP, say plt and in that do all the stuff - layers and so on, and then (command ".plot")
