Problem selecting multiple stretch points at once while holding enter

In this example, how do I grab all three bottom blue squares to stretch all three lines down at the same time? Holding Shift while I click all of them doesn't select multiple (they don't turn red).

It used to work but I think I changed a system variable yesterday when trying to fix another text box issue.

Default is red, but that can be changed with GRIPHOT sysvar.

 

I do not think the standard sysvars have much to do with whether they select or not, but here are the grip related sysvars. AutoCAD 2022 Help | Commands for Editing with Grips | Autodesk

Do you have Raster Design installed?

 

If so, Shift+Left Click Select may be the issue.
