Dyn Block - HELP - Old Dog Old tricks

Hi, I'm looking for some help with my memory. I stepped away from Autocad for 8 years and now, I can't remember the simplest things. Not the hard stuff, just the simple stuff.

I have an Dynamic SVP block but could be any pipe, it has 2 elbows and a connecting pipe to maintain teh verticality. Each is extendable, but the angles are fixed. I need to be able to stretch rotate the angle of the pipe but have it affect both elbows (obviously the other one in the opposite direction) to maintain the verticality of the SVP. The connecting pipe needs to extend between the elbows. But I can't remember how to do a rotate/stretch dynamic block!!!!

Can someone please help me??
