Scale as an already scaled object

Good morning, it often happens that the same block is scaled differently on different files to adapt it to the layout that surrounds it.
When I paste a block that is already present in a file but copied from another file (because the attributes are already filled in) it happens that I have to rescale it.
Is there a way to perform this operation?
That is, Scale "this object" as "that object".

It may be a simple as you have UNIT settings that are different between the 2 dwg's. Also check the following variable values make sure both dwg's are the same. Look up Help for explanation of the variables.
