johnseg11 Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 When working with 2d splines in Autocad Civil 3d 2025, a blue box often appears and wants to act like an osnap. I cannot figure out how to disable it since I dont know what it is called. Please see screenshot. It's a blue box and text says 3d vertex even though it is a 2d spline. Thanks. Quote

That blue box is called a grip. When you want to move part of an object (like this arrowhead), you select the grip, and it turns red. You can turn off grips entirely by using the GRIPS command and typing 0 (zero). They're pretty handy, though. Quote
