SLW210
Trying to determine a way to break spline leaders with spline leaders and/or other objects. I really do not want to explode them and break, that would make it difficult if they needed repositioned. I am aware that Multileader can use DIMBREAK, but not with splines apparently. Emmanuel Delay
I'm afraid that Autocad just doesn't have a spline type MLEADER with a break. So I'm not sure how LISP can help
SLW210
I am using just leaders, but still looks like AutoCAD has nothing on breaking those without an explode. But what's the difference in Spline Multileader and Straight that makes only Straight usable with DIMBREAK? A Straight Multileader will break at a Spline Multileader, so I might see if a combination will look okay. I may just have to explode and break them, but a LISP for doing it all at once would be nice. I thought some expert might have some insights on the issue. Normally not an issue, but I was asked to use one description and point to all of the relevant parts, so now I have more convoluted drawings with crossing leaders. Danielm103
Probably because there’s reactors attached to the leader? Maybe use a wipeout?
SLW210
I first thought of wipeouts, but seems more tedious than exploding. I am thinking of just using Straight Option and set Maxpoints to a high number, seems a pain. Exploding would be easiest, shouldn't need to make a lot of changes in the future, so might be the way to go.
