Bricscad grips and stretch in a block

Hello, I am testing Bricscad to find out if it can replace Autocad. 
I am running into problems that I want to solve. 
How can I create a block to stretch a rectangle by pulling a grip.
Is that possible in Bricscad. I can't find any tutorials explaining this.

Just do a search on YouTube.  Should take no more than 10 seconds to find.  I'm sure you are capable of that.
