routine that erases lines help...

Some time ago I found a routine on the internet , 

but I lost it

try the following...

Used to erase lines at intersections:

example  continuous lines

 

 

holding down the left mouse button

erase the lines where you pass the pointer

 

Does anyone know the name of the routine or have it?
