I've created a map using lines and want to convert it into a 3-D surface to be able to slice objects with. Any Ideas? (Please see attached file but ignore the vertical lines)

Thanks in advance

what is your plan for this? I made some scribbles to show you how i would attack it.

Each color line would signify a pline. As it stands now you have several line segements that make up each area. Once these lines are done i would do a loft from the Red line to the Green line, using the blue and pink lines as guides. This will give you a surface you can use as a slicing plane. I have a bad feeling about the right angle in the back corner and think it will give you some issues. If that was an arc i would say loft the blue line to the pink using the red and green lines as guides.
