Need Lisp to change Oblique Dim text rotation.

Hello,

 

Im looking for a lisp routine that changes oblique dims text rotation. The text defaults sets it to read perpendicular to the line. I would like it to be read at a 90 degree for up and down, and 0 degree to read left to right.

Help!
