Moving Attributes in a Dynamic Block

I have a dynamic block with 5 display states.
In 4 of the display states I need my attributes to be in different locations.
I have shown the approximate location for each display state shown in a dark red color.

I do not know how to move attributes within a dynamic block.

If you insert the attached block in a drawing you will see what I have so far..

NUM / LET are the attributes

If someone could please explain the procedure.

Maybe I should ask this way..

Is it possible to move one, two or more attributes in multiple visibility states?

Which method/parameter allows this or makes this happen?

Maybe look at an angle change of the attributes, rotating them, but then need a rotate actual attribute don't play much with dynamic blocks.

I spent an hour or so yesterday looking for some way to do that. The only thing that came close to working was to duplicate attributes for each visibility state. Trouble is, then you have duplicate attributes, which would be a nightmare to keep track of. If you give them the same name, you can't operate on the one you want, and if you give them qualified names, you have to deal with them individually.

As BigAl suggests, you might polar rotate the attributes and then rotate them to keep them readable, but I don't know of a way to do that automatically.

BIGAL...
I could see rotation working in the example I posted but in another block I'm working on

it would have to be a move because the change is too diverse from display state to display state.

Cyber Angel..
That was my first thought.
Copy the same attribute to all the display states but that broke my block FUBAR...

If I could make that work, I'd be fine...
I thought about fields but if the field is not defined in DWGProps some of my users
wouldn't know how to fix it..
