Properties Palette is Blank and Doesn't Work in ACAD 2014?

I would like to edit the "Start and End tangent vector Y" of a Spline in ACAD 2014. To do that, I need to select the Spline and go to Properties palette.

Unfortunately, the option in the Properties palette is blank (see attached image below please).

How do I solve this problem?

If I understand correctly, need to move end points down, what happens when you drag using grips, does it work ?

What is your Operating System?

 

AutoCAD 2014 is 11 version ago and latest official OS is Windows 8.1.

It's a Windows 7 Pro SP1.

Works fine here on AutoCAD 2024.

 

Like I said, AutoCAD 2014 is 11 version old, with no updates in a while, same goes for Windows 7 about 9 years since latest update IIRC.

 

You haven't mentioned what you have tried so far.

 

Restart AutoCAD and maybe Windows.

 

Try a new profile.

 

Reset AutoCAD settings to default.

 

Repair AutoCAD.

 

Reinstall AutoCAD.

 

Could be Graphics  or Computer issue as well.
