help update BLOCK model

Add qleader (or similar) in block, click that point it can be move like qleader.

Apologies if you tried this already, but have you considered making it a dynamic block? You can add a grip point, specify the objects to move, and you're done. Might get tricky if you want to emulate the leader behavior for swapping sides. No need to write code for a feature that's already included.

the complicated is block with text(is not a text, is a attribute definition), difficult combine a block with center node(x,y) and this attribute get a similar qleader(just arrow line)
