insert block when select multiple line

Good evening everyone, id like to insert attribute block to my drawing file and copy it when selecting multiple line , thanks in advance

Perhaps you want to be a bit more specific about what you're trying to achieve. An example dwg or image would be nive, because currently it's very vague.
