Can anyone tell me what this symbol mean? I found it in the elevation drawing of room interior fixture.

That the distance is 4200mm between the two points?

I don't know. There are two symbols like that in the drawing added by hand at the revision time. One is with the horizontal line at the ceiling level and the other is at the very bottom of the fixture. The fixture is mounted on the ceiling. The drawing is all made using fractional inches. I was thinking that it could indicate AFF (above finished floor) in milimeters as the symbol at the bottom of the fixture has lower value.

I've never done an architectural drawing so I am not sure.
