CUI window won't remember how it last opened

Please can someone help.

 

I'm using AutoCad LT 2009 and when i do any customising the CUI window will not remember how the CUI window was last used, ie, size & position.

 

for example:

Click Customize (small window appears).

Click double down arrow to open "Customizations in All CUI Files".

Click big right arrow (bottom right of window) to open hidden right hand panels.

Maximize window.

Double click the "move window cursor" to narrow the left hand panel of the CUI window.

 

 

I have to do this everytime i open the CUI.

Na... apart from that we now know that the CUI was available for 2006 (from the 1st post)
