Autocad 2021 base point error

Hello, when I use the move command in AutoCAD 2021, it takes the base point from zero point with displacement option. I want to select the object from the any point I want and move it to anywhere I wanted, using the move or copy command with the mouse. What should I do? 

It seems like the base point selection mode is disabled

The default behavior is to use your first point as the base point. Autodesk calls that absolute coordinates, since you're using the point you pick.

 

If you switch to dynamic input, however, the default coordinates become relative. They assume that your next point will be measured from the first point, but you haven't given it one. You can type a pound sign (#) to override this behavior, or you can turn dynamic mode off (set system variable DYNMODE to 0).
