I'm not sure If I changed some variable or something but... I think that few projects before when I use Design center to redefine blocks it doesn't affend layers colours. Now when I redefine the layer is changed.

Basically I'm have my drawing with bridge, there is a block of bridge - top view. There is another file - for road plan. In road plan all layers should be white - to print properly. In my drawing - it is coloured (and plot style for printing).
Is it normal that after redefining block in road plan with block from my drawing, the white layers colour changed?
Think that it wasn't like that before.

Check your block you may have objects inside set to, Layer 0, Byblock or Bylayer. Depending on which may cause color change.

It is not the block problem. It is like that.
Source drawing (1) - nearly everything white.

Drawing (2) with block to redefine. Same layer names but in colours.

Source drawing (1) after redefine from drawing (2) - layers with same names are colour (colour from drawing 2). Redefined by ADC (CTR+2)

Is it normal? Thought that if drawing (1) have white layers - they should stay white.

Check the Color properties for the objects inside your block.

When the Color is ByLayer, the object inherits the color of its layer property. Change the layer's color and the object changes color to match.

When the Color is ByBlock, the object inherits the color of the block containing it. Change the properties of the block and the object changes too.

When the Color is overridden, it doesn't matter what color the layer or the block is.

If you set the Color of your block items to ByLayer, you should get the results you want.

I know how block objects properties works. The thing is that I don't know if ADC should override layer colour on layer manager
