sketch11 Posted December 6, 2023 Share Posted December 6, 2023 I have a drawing that I've been working on for months, for some reason today keep getting multiple messages on the command line "** Undefined shape ##". sketch11 Posted December 6, 2023 Author Share Posted December 6, 2023 (edited) SLW210 thanks I tried all top results from web search "AutoCAD Undefined shape", including link above. Issue for me was when saving, not opening drawing. After trial deleting objects, eventually found 1 MText which had strikethrough. Undid strikethrough and the problem seems to have gone. But the confusing things include (1) it has been there for months and the problem never happended before today (2) on the command line so many lines of error came up and there was only 1 offending MText. I have never seen a problem with strikethroughs myself either, so hard to really know the cause of these issues. Just like you suddenly get a drawing that needs an Audit or Recovery.
