I have an autolisp program that calculates a gear pair with straight or bevel gears
in acad 2000 it works without problems and in acad2012 it doesn't work, what could be the problem?

Probably a command has changed or been replaced.

 

Hard to know without seeing the file. Is there an error message on the commandline? Did you try checking errors in the VLIDE or similar?
