Polylines not showing in model space

The plines are there they are not showing in model space.

Without a .dwg all I could do is take some guesses.

 

What have you done so far to solve this?

 

Did you create the drawing with AutoCAD?

 

Start with the layer color, visibility etc.

I found the issue was the Engineer had not updated his AutoCAD. Problem was solved. Thanks for the reply.

Ensure the polyline layer is visible and unfrozen. If using viewports, check layer visibility within them. Zoom to extents and regenerate the drawing. Update graphics drivers if needed.
