Hi, I have a problem with copying a reference to a dynamic block from one drawing to another drawing containing the definition of the same block - their dynamic parameters are not preserved correctly.

Comments:

  1. If I insert this block into a "clean" drawing, this problem does not occur.
  2. When I change the MIRRTEXT variable, the block looks different after pasting, but still incorrect.
  3. The procedure "_copyclip -> _pasteblock" does not solve this problem either.

Paste:

Thank you in advance for your help.

Try ATTSYNC

then select the block

Unfortunately, this has no effect.

I do not have time to do a thorough test this morning, but my best guess is the way (order?) you have the actions/objects selected.

So, probably a glitch in AutoCAD. Either way rebuilding from scratch might fix it.

Try changing the text insertion point to MC middle center  this way the text rotates about a center point.
