Dynamic block: specify column offset from user parameters

Hello!
Is it possible to specify the column offset in an array action from outside the block by an user parameter, for example?
I want to specify in my block how much is the column offset of the array action but it won't let me put that variable inside the value.
Any suggestion? Thanks
