Burnsie301 Posted August 18, 2023 Posted August 18, 2023 Hello, I have created a new icon for my tool palette for Trim by boundary edge. I did this because the new Trim command automatically trims to the next adjacent boundary edge. This works great and I wanted to create another extend command that would extend to a selected boundary. I created the extend command but for some strange reason it repeats the last command when selected. Here is my CUI screenshot This does not currenlty work as I planned. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chris Quote
BIGAL Posted August 19, 2023 Posted August 19, 2023 Not sure about EXTEND SPACE B if I read the image correct. Quote
Burnsie301 Posted August 19, 2023 Author Posted August 19, 2023 Extend (return) b(return) is what would be typed on the command line Quote
BIGAL Posted August 19, 2023 Posted August 19, 2023 Had a quick look at the CUI and I think your answer is ";" Have a look at other commands for correct syntax. Quote
tombu Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 (edited) You need to complete the selection of objects first before entering B for Boundary. Your macro should work if you preselect the object(s) you want to Extend first. Note: If you attempt to hit enter to repeat a macro like this only the Extend command will repeat not the B for Boundary. Edited August 24, 2023 by tombu Quote
