3D Polylines to mesh

Is there a way to convert closed 3D Polylines to a mesh?

Non manual, in batch?

 

My current workaround is using Rhino 3D.

It works perfect using this tool:

Next workaround is trying Dynamo.

The closest I can get is to use this lisp using Surface Patch.

I am able to convert most without failure, but 10% fails.

Plus once converted to mesh it has excessive triangles.

Are the 3d plines in 1 face, if so then pface may do what you want.
