I usually use hatch boundary option to to create boundary around the hatch area but some times it wont joint all the lines as a single closed line so i want a shortcut where i select all the lines and it automatically joins the lines.

Have you tried the JOIN command? It will connect all the selected lines/polylines, if it can. Whether the resulting polyline is closed depends on the topology. As far as I know, there is no command to automatically close gaps because there are too many variables.

Another reason polylines won't close is elevation differences. Make sure all your objects are at elevation 0 (or whatever you're using).

I use 2D drawing and i also used join command but some lines are not joining is there any alternate command.

Can you post an example of a hatch that won't give you a closed boundary? Is it feasible to subdivide these hatches so that you can get a closed boundary?

Try using the FILLET (Command) with radius of 0 to join the ends.

Set the HPGAPTOL (System Variable) to something higher than the gaps between endpoints of the line.

If a selected hatch doesn't display an area in properties then it has an irregular boundary like a spline that cannot be represented as a polyline.

Attaching an example drawing we can open is the only way we can give you the answer you're looking for.

To,

Yes you are right some of the areas are uneven shape il send a file for better understanding

Biggest issue I ever have is elevations, even though 90% of my work is 2D it still happens most often via other users who like to draw at an elevation +/- 51328 (or something huge) or +/-0.015 (something really small).

Could try the flatten command.

Another problem is where the edges overlap by a small amount but flatten or chamfer should get that
