Entsel doing something weird

In some code currently working on have a entsel that seems odd and never seen what appears on the screen before. The magnifying glass.

 

(setq ent (entsel "\nPlease pick a line near start end "))

 

The code stops if I run again it works ?

Not seen that before, and as a stand alone line it all looks good - is there something earlier in the code that might be affecting it? - suspect you have looked at that already though

Usually the magnifying glass shows for ZOOM, can control with CURSORBADGE Sysvar.

 

I do not get that with that code here.

Stephen P is the winner, I have been playing with code for 2 days, found that I had a "" on a prior explode command, thanks to everyone that looked. Never seen the magnify glass before which is why I was looking at entsel.
