How to change this double-click function to make PS Properties appear instead of 2D Properties?

I am wondering if there is a way to make PS Properties (ProSteel) appear for double-clicking shapes instead of the 2D Properties?

Actual Result for double-clicking:

Desired result:

Is it possible to change here in the CUI?
