Draw a line & place text at the mid of the line

 

Line coordinates & text data are at Notepad

Program should open each notepad & read lines for the input !

Line 2 = Text data (Text size 75, Justify middle center)

Line 3, 4, 5, 6 = line coordinate

2 or 3 smple internet searches would give you this, for example this (https://www.afralisp.net/autolisp/tutorials/file-handling.php) gives you information on how to read lines of text from a text file, with an example you can work through here from Lee Mac which gives an option to select a file.
