Need Help With Creating a Dynamic Block From an Example

Hello guys, I have this dynamic block that I need to recreate on my own, but since I am new to dynamic blocks (I only ever worked with regular ones) I have a hard time figuring it out. Is anyone free and willing to help me better understand this one or explain how they made it in the first place?

It uses visibilty states thats as far as I can help.

What exactly do you need to do that the one you have cannot accomplish?

 

You just need to locate some tutorials for creating dynamic blocks.
