Hello people I have a question about, what addon or something else I can use in my Bricscad for match(for this scale and rotate will work) and georeff rasters. Something like raster design for AutoCAD, but its need to be free, maybe some autolisp code.

If you can get JPG and JGW files then yes free will move image and rescale to world co-ords.
