Delay in commands and movement of mouse

Good morning, I am somehow experiencing a delay in all typed in commands and a delay in hand held mouse movement, as if it is getting stuck on objects. Is there an option that will restore this for me? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like your running out of system resources. Save your work and exit the program and reopen the drawing. might even have to restart your PC. when things start acting hinky its only a matter of time before things crash and you will lose data. case in point

Thanks, however, this has been an ongoing problem for a week. Because it is happening with several files after several attempts of doing what you are recommending, I think it is more likely to be 'user error'.

Maybe run audit and purge on drawings?
