Need a lisp program for preparation of line diagram with following input duly showing remark at starting at line.

How is your table made up, and how do you want to select the values, for example, is it a spreadsheet, a CAD table, a series of lines and text. Do you want to select the text all in one go, import from a spreadsheet, select the text one item at a time.
