hi

does anyone know the font name AutoCAD uses for its interface?

I believe the interface is defined in the operating system, in other words, you have to access the Registry to change it or even find out what the settings are. That's above my pay grade.

Here's what use.  I think the default is Consolus.

You are right.  That is only for the command line.  I forgot that it has been a minute since one could change the window header and ribbon font.   I should have hit Tombu's link first. They normally know what they are talking about.

The OPTIONS/DISPLAY tab is only for the command line.  I don't see a way to even identify window font even in windows settings.

There is some settings in the registery and they hold info like this. You have to be careful though changing registry values, its buried in software Autodesk or Bricsys. I know I changed some colors like the light / dark theme. Will try to find.
