how to create a table with increment in autolisp?

hii expert;

i want a lisp to create a table with increments for the dynamic block. .the user will ask for prefix for example(AB-CAM-001)AB means Admin Building.

if not understand as I mentioned.kindly find an image and drawing also.

Is the table a table or is it to be a series of lines and texts?

 

If it is texts this is often done,

Thanks for the reply, i have been using leemac AutoLISP as u mentioned above. i want to use the selection method.
