Image in XREF blocking my word

I made a title block and I xref the title block into drawing layouts as per standard procedure. The title block itself, has an image that I attached to it. I always seem to have issues with the image blocking my word. (I tried send to back but still blocking my word)

Did you send to back in original title dwg, prior to using xref ?
